The Bradford Factor is a human resource management tool used to measure employee absenteeism. It is based on the theory that frequent, short-term absences are more disruptive to an organisation than fewer, longer absences.
This helps employers identify individuals with frequent absences and manage attendance issues more effectively.
To set Bradford Factor thresholds, follow the steps below.
Click Configuration, then click HR Configuration.
Click the Bradford Factor Thresholds tab.
Click into each threshold to change the number, then click Save.
