Check how an employee's basic holiday entitlement has been calculated

Quickly check how an employee’s holiday entitlement was calculated, including any pro-rating based on their start date, working pattern, or contract changes.

To check how the basic entitlement has been calculated for an employee, follow these steps.

  1. In the Absence zone, click Absence, then Holiday History.

  2. Select the employee you need to check.

  3. Drill into the relevant holiday history record.

  4. Click the Pro Rating tab.

  5. Click the View Notes icon.

You will now be presented with a comprehensive breakdown of how the basic entitlement has been calculated.
