Bank Change Request workflow is not saving IBAN or SWIFT Code changes

IBAN or SWIFT code not saving when a change is requested.

This is a known issue that has been previously reported to our development team.

After careful consideration, it has been decided that based on our assessment, this scenario does not significantly impact the functionality of our product and therefore this will not be reviewed further by the Development Team.

Any employees needing to update their international banking details will need to contact a member of HR, who can then update the banking details manually via the HR menu set.
