If you are hosted with Access, your service administrator is something only we have access to on our servers.
If hosted with Access, please contact support with information on what you require. For example, you may wish to check the services for the following reasons:
Check your Mail Configuration settings.
Whether the notification and payroll services are running.
Check the notification service if emails have stopped sending to everyone.
Check the notification service if batch jobs have stopped running automatically.
Check the payroll service if no records are being sent from SelectHR to SelectPay
On Premise
If you are on premise, you will need your IT Team to follow these steps.
On the installation server, find and select the SelectHR Service Administrator and right-click to select Run as administrator.
Check that the notification service and/or payroll service is turned on (indicated by a green light). If a red light is displayed, restart the service by clicking Start.
Ensure that the option Start automatically when Windows starts is ticked.
