Only pay elements with a pay type of Hourly Rate will be available for selection during the timesheet creation and submission process.
If the employee is unable to see a pay element that they should during timesheet creation, ensure that;
The pay element has been added to their pay history record;
The pay history record has been set to the relevant Hourly Rate pay type.
