To set up an hourly rate employee to be paid monthly, follow these steps.
Under Employees, click Employees, then Career History.
Open the employee record.
Click on the Pay History tab.
Click New.
Set the following fields as set below:
Pay Frequency = Monthly.
Pay Type = Period Amount.
Pay Amount = The employee's hourly rate.
Fill out the rest of the pay history record as applicable to the employee.
Click Save.
This will now submit the pay history record to SelectPay with a Qty of 1, Rate of [Pay Amount], and any changes to effective dates will also submit successfully.
