Configure Quick Links for SelectHR Evo.

To configure SelectHR Evo quick links as an Admin, follow these steps.

  1. Within SelectHR, navigate to Configuration, then Configuration and select the Workspace shortcuts menu item.

  2. Here you will see a list of items that have been configured as available links for the workspace quick links App.

  3. To create a new link, select New.

  4. Using the lookup, select the menu item you would like to create the quick link for.

  5. Add in any Tags if needed. (If you add a TAG, any Evo users without this TAG will be unable to see this quick link – Evo tags are managed in the members area of Evo.)

  6. Add in the Text you would like to see displayed to the Space user alongside the quick link.

  7. Select the Display order; the lower the number, the higher the shortcut will appear in the quick links app.

  8. Tick the Published checkbox; leave this unticked if you are not ready for this to appear.

  9. To save your changes, click Save and create another, Save, or Save and return.

  10. To remove a quick link from the app, you can check the Unpublish box.
