SelectHR Evo updates will be applied via our automation process, with TEST systems being carried out on 13 July and Live updates applied 20 July. You can view this schedule in the admin zone of your system.

Select HR Mobile enhancements
We have added more functionality to our mobile offering for your self-service users, giving them the freedom to carry out more actions on the go via their mobile devices.
Edit Bank functionality to the SelectHR Evo App, allowing users the ability to update their address on the go.
Individual Calendar to SelectHR Evo App, giving users the freedom to review their work schedule on their mobile devices wherever they are.
Update Bank Details in SelectHR Evo App
Functionality has been added to SelectHR, allowing administrators to control this functionality.
Navigate to Configuration and HR configuration, and you will see a new tab, Mobile Features.
You will be able to select if the feature is available to employees on the mobile app. When the option is not selected, employees will not be able to edit/update, or amend their account details in the mobile app. This is set to off by default administrator will need to enable the functionality if required.
Once selected, employees will be able to update, amend, and edit their address in the mobile app.
Self-service, employees will be able to navigate to their Bank Details in the mobile App
Users should then select the 3-dot menu
From here you can select to enter and new account.
IMPORTANT This will replace your existing account and will not add additional account details
Or select to edit an existing account, where users will be presented with their current account details that they can amend/update as required
To save the changes/updates, employees will need to select the submit icon
Once the changes are submitted, users will receive an alert stating that ‘please note that until your request is accepted, your bank details will appear unchanged’
Once accepted, users will be alerted via the notifications that their changes have been accepted
Administrators will receive a request for changes/updates via the Self-Service – Bank Change request (mobile) workflow
View individual Calendar in SelectHR Evo App
Employees will now be able to view the details of their work schedule and any absences on the SelectHR Evo App.
Self-Service Employees will now see the Calendar option in their main menu
Once selected, users will be able to view each day's schedule
For users with multiple roles each day will be separated by the working hours for each role. Non-work days will be listed as REST
Users can navigate the dates by swiping up or down on the calendar and selecting specific days from the calendar as required
