Send Access Evo and Access Evo Mobile Invites

How should I invite a user to Access Evo or Access Evo Mobile?

Before sending invites, ensure the following:

  • You are logged into Access Evo in a second tab of the same browser while using the Manage Access Evo Invites process.

  • You are an Administrator for your organisation in Access Evo.

  • The employee has a user account and a valid email address in SelectHR.

Invite to Access Evo (no Mobile)

To invite users to Access Evo (without mobile access), follow these steps:

  1. Log in to SelectHR with the HR v2.0 Menu Set.

  2. Click Admin, then click Additional.

  3. Click Access Evo, then click Manage Access Evo Invites.

  4. Click SelectHR with Apps.

  5. Select the employee from the list.

  6. Click Send Members Invite.

The invite is sent to Access Evo, which creates the user account and links it to their SelectHR account.


Invite to Access Evo Mobile

To invite users to Access Evo Mobile, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to SelectHR with the HR v2.0 Menu Set.

  2. Click Admin, then click Additional.

  3. Click Access Evo, then click Manage Access Evo Invites.

  4. Click Mobile - Mobile.

  5. Select the employee from the list.

  6. Click Send Members Invites.

This sends both the normal invite and the mobile invite.

πŸ“Œ Note: Both invites must be accepted for Access Evo Mobile to function correctly.
