This error occurs during manual sign-on to SelectHR (not login via Access Evo).
Possible causes
This error can occur due to a number of reasons. It is very typical for this to be a minor user error due to either the username or password being typed or pasted in incorrectly. The most common reasons for this are:
Wrong username entered.
Username or password copied onto the clipboard with a space or extra characters before or after the text.
Password containing lowercase, uppercase or special characters that are not entered correctly.
Caps Lock is on whilst entering credentials.
Password forgotten.

As a HR Administrator with access to the Admin Tool, you have the ability to reset the password while selecting the option to force the user to change their password on next logon. This will allow the user to set the password to whichever password they would like.
Make sure the user knows their username to log in to SelectHR. We advise copying this directly out of their user account details on the Admin Tool.
