Integration requires Access Identity to be used as SSO (Single Sign On).

Process runs at 02:00:00 every day and is initiated by SYSTEM - Members Integration batch job.

All users are sent from SelectHR to Access Evo (Previously Access Workspace) regardless of whether any changes have been made, and regardless of Effective Status.

Evo Integration Settings can be entered under:

  1. In the Configuration zone, click Configuration.

  2. Click Workspace Settings.

User accounts are synchronised based on email account in earlier revisions, but have been updated to use Cloud ID in more recent fixes.

If an email account already exists in Access Evo, the user will be matched to it's Access Evo Member counterpart.

Evo settings

Evo settings can be entered under: Configuration, Configuration, Workspace Settings.

Settings required:

  • Enabled (checkbox can be unticked to force deactivation of Members Integration);

  • Public Key;

  • Private Key;

  • Organisation Id;

  • Department Key Level.

These must all be populated in order for the Members Integration to function correctly.
