SelectHR System Updates: Access Evo Branding
We've updated your SelectHR system to reflect our new Access Evo branding.
Previously, you may have seen references to "Workspace" throughout the system—these have now been updated to Access Evo for consistency.
What's changed?
The following areas of your system now display Access Evo instead of Workspace:
• Forms and data entry screens
• Report listings and dashboards
• Menu items and navigation
• Field labels and names
• Help text and information tips
• Workflow processes
• Database tables and views
What this means for you
• No impact on functionality. Your system works exactly the same way.
• Consistent branding throughout your SelectHR experience.
• Updated terminology aligns with our Access Evo product suite.
If you have any questions about these changes or notice any areas we may have missed, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Copilot SelectHR Skill Enhancements
We've made several improvements to the SelectHR skill within Copilot to enhance your experience and data security.
What's changed?
Enhanced Contact Display: Contacts will now show all records, including those with missing information, such as addresses. Provides a more complete view of your contact database.
Improved AI Response Accuracy: We've adjusted the AI temperature settings based on your feedback. Copilot will now provide more predictable and focused responses rather than attempting to answer questions when data is unclear or unavailable. This ensures more reliable and accurate information delivery
Secure Bank Account Information: The HR skill can now return individual account information with enhanced security. Bank account details are automatically redacted to display only the last 4 digits of the account number. This maintains data accessibility whilst protecting sensitive financial information.
Policy Document Access for New Employees • New employees can now access policy documents immediately at first login when the skill is enabled • Previously, new employees had to wait until policy documents were republished • Streamlines the onboarding process and ensures immediate access to important company policies
Benefits
Better data visibility with comprehensive contact information
More reliable responses from Copilot
Enhanced security for sensitive financial data
Improved onboarding experience for new team members
Mobile App Enhancements
Bank Account Display Fix
We've resolved an issue where bank account details in the Mobile application weren't displaying leading zeros correctly.
What was happening?
Bank account numbers with leading zeros (e.g., 01234567) were displaying without the zero (e.g., 1234567). This could confuse and lead employees to unnecessarily attempt to update their account details.
What's fixed?
Bank account numbers now display correctly with all leading zeros intact. Account details will appear exactly as they should, matching your bank records
Benefits
Accurate account information is displayed at all times.
Reduced confusion when viewing bank details.
Fewer unnecessary update requests from employees.
Improved confidence in the accuracy of displayed financial information.
This fix ensures your bank account details are always shown correctly in the mobile application, giving you peace of mind when reviewing your information.
