Error message when connecting to the Admin Tool via the Access gateway: The task you are trying to do can’t be completed because Remote Desktop Services is currently busy. Please try again in a few minutes. Other users should still be able to log on.

You may see the following message when trying to open the Admin Tool via the Access hosted gateway.

This error occurs when the Remote Desktop Services (RDS) session handling the admin tool becomes temporarily overloaded or unresponsive. This can happen if multiple users are trying to connect at the same time, or if the service is restarting in the background.

This issue cannot be resolved manually. Please raise a case with support so that our team can restart the affected service and restore access.
