Access Digital Assistant icon is no longer visible

Unable to see the Access Digital Assistant icon on the website.

If the Access Digital Assistant icon is missing in SelectHR, it may be hidden because your browser is blocking cookies.

To regain access, delete your cookies for the SelectHR site, then log in again and select Accept all when prompted.

The pop-up will appear as shown in the image below.

If you have followed these steps and still cannot see the assistant, raise a support case and confirm the email address linked to your person record in SelectHR.

If this email address does not match the one associated with your Access Support Portal account, the assistant may not be visible to you.

A support engineer will be able to help resolve the mismatch and restore access.
