If an email has failed to send, or you wish to resend an email that has been deleted by an employee, you have the option to resend via the Message Log.
To resend an email via the Message Log, follow the steps below.
In the Admin Tool, click Message Log.
Click on the email, then click Resend.
π€ Tip: To resend multiple emails, hold down Shift on your keyboard, then click multiple emails.
