Send bulk emails to employees

Send bulk emails to a group of employees.

Manage bulk email communication by configuring email template types, creating custom email templates, and sending emails to selected employees.

⚠️ Important: This functionality was intended for use with up to 50 selected employees at a time.

The functionality does not restrict you from selecting more than 50 employees, but doing so will result in severe performance degradation to your system while the workflow processes.

Create new email template type

  1. In the Configuration zone, click Bulk Email Setup.

  2. Click Email Template Type, then select an Email Template Type.

  3. On the right hand side, click New.

  4. Give the Email Template Type a name.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Repeat steps 1 to 6 to create as many template types as needed.


Create an email template

  1. In the Configuration zone, click Bulk Email Setup, then Email Templates.

  2. Next to Email Template Type, click Email Templates.

  3. On the right hand side, click New.

  4. Enter a Subject and Body appropriately.

  5. Use the Template Type drop-down and select one of the options created in the previous section that matches the criteria for the template.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Repeat steps 1 to 5 to create as many templates as needed.


Send emails in bulk

  1. In the Organisation zone, click Bulk Email.

  2. Click Send Bulk Email, then select the people to which the email must be sent.

  3. On the right hand side, click Continue.

  4. Select one of the templates already created and click Continue. An information window will pop up with the message: Your E-Mails have been sent for processing.

πŸ€“ Tip: Emails from this workflow will send to the work email address of your employees. If you would like to edit this workflow to send to private email addresses, please contact your account manager to discuss potential consultancy options.
