Resend DataHub messages

Resend a DataHub message when a record does not appear in PeoplePlanner.

In some instances, you may need to resend records to DataHub applications from HR e.g. A new employee hasn't appeared for import into Access PeoplePlanner.

To resend a record to PeoplePlanner, follow these steps.

  1. Under Employee, click Employee, then Details.

  2. Click on the record for the employee you wish to resend.

  3. Add a space after the employee's initials.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Remove the space.

  6. Click Save. The record should now be sent when next polled.
