Our new Status Hub provides a central place to check the live availability of SelectHR services. It allows you to quickly see whether there are any known serviceโ€‘wide issues affecting system performance or availability.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: The Status Hub only reports issues affecting the hosted SelectHR environment as a whole. It won't display issues isolated to an individual system or configuration.

Status indicators

The Status Hub displays the current operational state of supported products. For SelectHR, we use the following status indicators:

๐ŸŸข Service operating normally: No known issues.

๐ŸŸก Performance issues: The system is accessible, but some features may be impacted.

๐Ÿ”ด Service disruption: The system is currently unavailable.

If one of these indicators is shown for SelectHR, you can hover over the โš ๏ธ icon to view details of the issue, including the latest updates from Access.

Subscribe to updates

If you'd like to receive email notifications for service issues, simply click Subscribe in the top banner of the Status Hub. Once you're subscribed, you'll receive an alert whenever we raise an incident for any product in the Status Hub.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: It's not currently possible to subscribe to updates for individual products only; subscriptions apply to all products on the Status Hub.
