SelectHR Mobile enhancements
Weโve added more functionality to our mobile app, giving self-service users the freedom to carry out more actions on the go.
Payslips โ Select Pay integrated customers can now access payslips directly in the SelectHR Evo App.
Absence overview โ users can drill into their absence records and see details including status, type, duration, and dates.
๐ค Tip: To access payslips, select Payslips in the main menu of the app. Available payslips will be displayed, and users can download them as a PDF.
P11D updates
2025 legislative updates have been applied.
Includes updates for versions 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.0 with the latest changes, headers, and rates.
Copilot SelectHR skills
Employees can now query their data in Copilot using SelectHR Skills, giving faster access to information.
This initial release includes a limited dataset, which will be expanded over time to include absence balances/statistics.

Contacts
Person details
Team members
Future updates will allow employees to ask Copilot questions such as โHow much holiday do I have left?โ with breakdowns for allowance, additions, and carryover.
โ ๏ธ Warning: Bank account numbers are hidden in any Copilot results for security reasons.

Users can now drill into a new My Requests area to view absence requests and statuses.
Reduces the need to raise internal queries.
Requires the latest app revision (available via your deviceโs app store).
SelectHR Evo Copilot Employee Plug-in
The Copilot skill is updated to provide answers using OpenAI and retrieve data from SelectHR.
Absence data fields available:
Created date
Absence start/end date & times
Total days/hours
Absence type & reason
Self-certification date
Request and authorisation notes
Person details fields available:
Includes employee personal and work details such as name, email, phone numbers, addresses, IBAN/SWIFT codes, etc.
Contacts data fields available:
Includes contact details such as name, job title, email, emergency contact, and address information.
Direct team members data fields available:
Shows team members reporting to the same manager (name, job, email, work phone numbers).
