The dashboard chart named Chart – Year End Holiday Remaining and Taken, pulls year-to-date (YTD) data from the Absence.AllStatisticsData table.
This table is only updated when a change is made to an employee’s absence records, for example:
Creating a new absence record
Amending an existing record
Deleting an absence record
If no absence-related changes have been made since the start of the holiday year, the table will not refresh. This means holiday additions are not included in the chart.
To resolve this issue, you can create a test holiday record for the employee, then delete it to trigger a refresh.
