Personality assessment results can be recorded against an employee in their employee record.
The following assessment types can be stored:
Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test
DiSC
Myers-Briggs
Strength Deployment Inventory - Motivational Value Systems
Record personality assessment results
To record personality assessment results against an employee record, follow these steps.
Click Employees, then click Employees.
Open the relevant employee record.
Click the Personality Traits tab.
Enter the relevant personality assessment scores or results, then click Save.
