Steps to record an employee’s carer status for a person under 18 in their employee record.

You can record whether an employee is a carer for a person under 18 in their employee details record. This allows you to store and maintain accurate information about the employee’s circumstances and update it if their situation changes.

To record an employee's carer status, follow these steps.

  1. Click Employees, then click Employees.

  2. Click Details, then open the person record.

  3. Select Yes or No against the Carer for a person under 18 field.

  4. Select Yes or No in the Primary Carer for someone other than a child or children field.

  5. Click Save.
