When an appraisal is opened, the system validates the Appraisal Type linked to the appraisal history record. If the Appraisal Type is blank or no longer valid, the appraisal form cannot load successfully.
Check for a blank Appraisal Type field
To check for the blank field, follow these steps.
Click Training & Development, then click Development.
Click Appraisal History, then click the affected employee appraisal record.
On the appraisal record, check from the listing to see whether the Appraisal Type field is blank.
If it is blank, make sure you are logged into a standard SelectHR menu-set, then re-add the appraisal type.
