To see which SelectHR modules you are currently licenced to use:
In the Admin Tool, click Licence Keys.
A list of all available modules will be displayed.
If a module shows as unlicenced, it means you are not currently paying to use that part of the system, and it will therefore not be visible on your website. If you believe you do pay for a module that you are unlicenced for, please contact your account manager.
Below is a breakdown of what functionality is available when a licence is purchased for each module.
Absence: Enables the Absence zone.
Accounts: Enables the Accounts Links module, which can be found in the Admin zone, under Additional and Accounts & Rostering.
Application: Enables internal and external job applications for job vacancies.
Appraisal: Enables the Appraisal functionality that is part of the Training & Development zone.
AskHR: Enables the AskHR functionality that is part of the Admin zone.
Benefits: Enables the Benefits zone.
College: Enables SIR.
Competency: Enables the Competencies module within the Training & Development zone and everything related to it (i.e Competency lookup).
Course: Enables the modules within the Courses area of the Training & Development zone.
Disputes: Enables creating and storing Grievance and Disciplinary records, within the Employees zone.
Education: Enables the Education area within the Employees zone.
Employee: Enables the possibility to create Appointment and Career History records for employees.
Equipment: Enables the record of equipment details, which are used for P11D report and other related areas within the Benefits module.
Health & Safety: Enables use of the Health and Safety menu set.
Law: Enables the Law module within the Employees zone.
Lookup: Enables the use of lookups throughout the system (Absence, Pattern, Employee, etc.).
Mobile: Enables the Mobile version of SelectHR.
NI: Enables FEC report for Northern Ireland.
Onboarding: Enables the Onboarding zone.
Organisation: Enables the Organisation zone, where you can find the Organisation Structure, Levels, Post Management, etc.
OrgChart: Enables the use of Organisation Charts.
P11D: Enables the P11D report within the Benefits zone.
Pattern: Enables the usage of standard and creation of new Working Patterns, Working Schedules, Periods, etc.
Pay: Enables the creation and storage of pay related records, such as Basic Pay or Other Pay.
Person: Enables the functionality of creating and storing employees' details.
Project: Enables the Project Management module, within the Organisation zone.
Recruitment: Enables the Recruitment zone.
Rostering: Enables the Rostering Links module, which can be found in the Admin zone, under Additional and Accounts & Rostering.
School: Enables School Workforce Census (SWF).
Survey: Enables the Survey module within the Admin zone.
Talent: Enables the Talent Pool module within the Recruitment zone.
Time: Enables the Time module within the Employees zone.
Training: Enables the Training & Development zone.
Vacancy: Enables the Vacancy Management.
Vehicle: Enables the Vehicle Fleet module, within the Benefits zone.
Volunteer: Enables the Volunteer zone.
Global: Enables Global functionality, which allows localised field name variations.
