If you are hosted with the Access, please raise a case requesting a live to test copy.
Please allow 10 business days notice for a live to test copy to be completed. This lead time reflects the number of process stages involved in carrying out the work.
⚠️ Important: Requests submitted without sufficient notice may not be completed within your required timeframe. Please plan ahead and raise your case as early as possible.
On Premise
This is considered database management and is excluded from the scope of support.
This would be possible, but would need to be actioned via the Access consultancy team, which would incur a cost.
