If you're unable to log in to the test system, it's usually due to either an expired licence or an incorrect or forgotten password.

The sections below explain how to check the licence status and what to do if a password reset is needed.

Test system licence

If no users can login to the test website, follow these steps.

  1. Log into the test Admin Tool.

  2. Under Configuration, click Licence Keys.

  3. Check the Expires column and if the lines are red, the licence has expired.

The licence used on the test system is the same as the one used on live. If you still have access to it, apply the same key to the test system.

If you need a copy of the licence, send an email to [email protected]

Forgotten Password

If you are unable to login to the test system due to not knowing your password, someone who does have access can reset it for you, as you will be unable to reset it yourself.

If nobody has access to the test admin tool, you will need to raise a case with support so we can reset it for you. When raising the case, please attach confirmation from a company director that we have permission to go ahead.

πŸ“Œ Note: Your test system password is often the same as your live system password.
