Errors relating to the licence key when clicking within the system

If the event log in the Admin Tool indicates that the licence has expired, you will need to apply a new licence to restore access to your system.

To check if your licence has expired, follow these steps.

  1. Log into the Admin Tool.

  2. Under Configuration, click Licence Keys.

  3. Check the Expires column and if the lines are red, the licence has expired.

If the licence is expired for all active modules, you need to apply a new licence key to your system.

If you have not received a new licence, please raise a case with support.
