SelectHR does not currently include a built-in option for recording neonatal absence data. However, you can easily manage this by creating a custom absence type in SelectHR to record these absences as needed.
Please note that any related entries in SelectPay will need to be added manually, as custom non-sickness absence types are not integrated automatically.
