We require written confirmation from an HR Manager or Director before providing a copy of your HR database. The email must confirm that they are aware the database contains sensitive information, including pay records.
Once this confirmation is received, we will typically make the database copy available via a secure FTP connection, with the connection details confirmed by phone.
