Request superuser access to the customer support portal so a user can see all support cases for the company.

Superuser access to the support portal will enable you to see all cases logged for your company across the whole product range.

To gain superuser access, you must fill in a superuser request form.

This will then be reviewed by the community support team. They will either contact you to confirm your request has been granted or request further information.
