To find out what the maximum number of current employees and simultaneous sessions allowed by the licence is, follow these steps.
In the Admin Tool, click Licence Keys.
On the right you can view the following;
Maximum Live Employees (Current)
Maximum Simultaneous Sessions (users allowed to be logged in at the same time)
If you require a higher maximum number of either employees or simultaneous sessions, a new licence will be required. Please contact your account manager if this is required.
