Requesting the Administrator credentials for SelectHR

Requesting the Administrator account details to be reset.

If you have lost the credentials to log in to the Administrator or SelectAdmin SelectHR accounts, we will need to follow our security policy if you would like us to provide you with these credentials.

We will need you to provide us with the contact details of someone senior in your organisation who has authority for the SelectHR Product. This would usually be:

  • Head of Human Resources

  • Company Director

Support will need to email the provided contact with you CC'd in to request authorisation to provide the password. Only once we receive written consent will be able to provide you with the requested credentials via a phone call or via an SMS Message to a Mobile Number you will need to provide us with.

Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article if you need to make this request, and ensure you include:

  • Which User Account you are requesting the credentials for.

  • The Email Address of either the Head of Human Resources or your Company Director.

  • The Mobile Number the password should be sent to once written approval is received.

In the instance you cannot provide us with the above credentials, we will need to reach out to your account manager to contact the relevant authority to get the consent, which may result in further delays to these credentials being provided to you.
