SelectHR commonly stores a number of audit records which are submitted to SelectPay within the Audit Log. However, not all audits which are stored in this area are specifically signs that the submission has actually failed.

Some audit records are not designed for submission to Payroll (such as logins), and as such, they may appear in the failed section, but this is nothing to worry about.
Failed submissions
Check the Audit Log using the XML response to see if there is a genuine error message. You can do this by following the steps below.
In the Admin Tool, click Audit Log.
Use the Audit Log and filter for the last months date range.
Change the View to Failed Payroll Submissions.
Single-click on one of the lines.
Click on the XML Response. This will give you extra information about why it failed.
Via the website
To view failed submissions directly from the website, follow the steps below.
Under Admin, click Admin, then click Integration.
Click Payroll Audit Data.
Click the Failed Submissions tab.
