When attempting to upload files, a common issue arises when the user lacks the correct permissions for the relevant folder in the document store.

To resolve this, ensure that your user account does not have any groups assigned with low-level permissions by following these steps.

  1. In the Admin Tool, click User Accounts.

  2. Type the username into the search box, and then select All Users from the drop-down.

  3. Double-click on your user account.

  4. Expand Group Memberships.

  5. If the Everyone or Onboarding group is assigned to the user account, highlight them with a single click and then click Remove, then OK.
