When making an employee a leaver in SelectHR, you must first map the reason for leaving.
This will allow subscribing applications (e.g. Access PeoplePlanner) to receive a valid entry. If you choose not to set a mapping, then the custom value will be sent to DataHub, and the DataHub message concerning the leaver to Access PeoplePlanner will fail.
To map a reason for leaving, follow these steps.
In the Employee zone, click Lookups.
Click Employee, then Reason for Leaving.
Select the reason you wish to map.
Choose the DataHub mapping from the drop down, then click Save.
