PeoplePlanner leaver process

Leaver process when integrated with PeoplePlanner.

When an employee is made a leaver in Select HR, the information is sent to Access People Planner, where the employee will be terminated.

There are two stages to termination in Access People Planner. The first stage is placing the employee in a state of Terminating. This is the status they'll hold until all required termination tasks are completed and any borrowed equipment is returned. At this point, changes can still be made to the record as it's technically still active.

Once the termination date is reached, the users are required to manually update the record to Terminated, at which point the record becomes locked and no further changes can be made.
