Holiday notification for leaver

The batch job that issues the notifications is called Holiday Notifications and the data source for that batch job only looks for live holiday absences. It does not look to see if an employee is still current or not.

When an employee is made a leaver, it doesn't remove any absences beyond their end date, the system updates the absence days to 0, and the absence remains as a live absence, which is why the batch job is picking this up.

The notification has been sent to HR as the employee doesn't have a manager as they are a leaver, and HR is the fallback.
