When transferring successful candidates from Access Recruit, they do not join the general list of employees.
Instead, they can be found in successful candidates in the recruitment zone.
To check that they have transferred correctly, follow these steps.
Under Recruitment, click Recruitment, then click Successful Candidates.
Alter the number of rows to 1000 to avoid missing any candidates.
Select the candidate to be made into an employee.
Click Convert to employee. The candidate will now be on the general list of employees.
