This error occurs when the user does not have the rights to the members area of Access Evo.

To gain access to the Members area of Access Evo, a user must be an organisation administrator.
π Note: This will also allow them to make changes to other users' roles within the organisation.
To set a user as an organisation administrator, please log in as an administrator and follow the steps below.
1. In the right of the ribbon, click Members (picture of two people).
2. Find the member using the search option.
3. Select Manage Roles from the drop-down list
4. Change the Organisation Role to Administrator.
5. Click Save to commit the changes and check the resulting confirmation message.
