Change the recipient of a batch job email message.

To change the recipient of a batch job email, follow the steps below.

  1. In the Admin Tool, click Batch Jobs.

  2. Find the batch job (e.g Pension Auto Enrolement - 22nd Birthday and select to Edit the selected batch job.)

  3. Under the Messages tab, double-click on the message you need to edit.

  4. Under the Recipients tab, you will be able to add or remove employees or groups to be recipients of the message.

πŸ“Œ Note: It is common that the recipient will be set to the HR Group as default. If this is the case, you will just need to add the employee to the HR group manually.


If you find that the batch job sends an email via a workflow, you will need to change the recipient within the workflow.
