The most common cause of year to date entitlements being lower than the year end figure, is due to holiday additions that are due to be awarded in the future.

Year end entitlements

  • Year End entitlement represents the total leave allocated for the entire holiday year.

  • YTD entitlement reflects the leave accrued based on the time passed in the holiday year so far.

Holiday additions

To check for holiday additions that are awarded in the future, follow these steps.

  1. In the Absence zone, click Absence.

  2. Click Holiday Additions, then search for the affected employee.

  3. Check for any additions that are due to be awarded in the future.
