Edit a lookup via the Admin Tool if the option is not available on the website.

πŸ€“ Tip: Before following this guide, check if the lookup is already on your website. You can do this by searching for the lookup in the search bar in the top right corner of the screen.

It's possible to edit lookup values in the administrator tool by following these instructions, although some standard lookups cannot be edited in this way.

  1. In the Admin Tool, click Lookups.

  2. Find the lookup to add values to.

  3. Expand the Preview section.

  4. Click Edit Lookup Values.

  5. Add the value to the bottom and click OK.

  6. Click OK. The value will now be added to the lookup and can be selected when on a form.
