To log in to your hosted Admin Tool, you need to access it through the Access cloud gateway website.
To do so, follow the steps below.
Open the cloud gateway website in your preferred web browser.
Log in with your cloud credentials (e.g., CLOUD\HRXXXXX)
Click on the Administrator Tool icon that represents the tool you want to open. You may see an Admin Tool icon for both live and test.
Enter your cloud credentials (
CLOUD\HRXXXXX) again and click OK to sign in. You may need to click More choices. The SelectHR Administrator Tool login window will appear once the login completes.Enter your SelectHR user credentials, then click OK to log in.
š¤ Tip: The login for the Admin Tool is separate from your Access Evo login.
If you see a blank screen when you first log in to the Admin Tool, it usually means you donāt yet have the required permissions. Please ask a colleague with existing access to assign these to you.
If you are the primary administrator with no one above you, contact our support team, who can verify your identity and restore access.
On premise customers
If you are not hosted with the Access Group, you will need to reach out to your IT team, who will be able to install the Admin Tool locally on your own machine.
