This error indicates that the user account that is trying to make the request is not associated with a person.

If you are experiencing this error, please follow these steps.
Note the user associated with the error.
In the Admin Tool, click User Accounts.
Filter for or find the user, if the HR Person entry is blank, click into the record.
In the Status & User Name(s) section. click Change on the person field.
Select the appropriate person, then click OK.
SelectHR requires a user account to have a person assigned to it, so that it knows which employee to use as the key for workflows.
