If a user has access to the document store or reports process within SelectHR but cannot see any documents or reports, it is likely that the user does not have the relevant permissions on the required report, file, or folder.

The impacted user must have at least read-only permissions assigned on the relevant folder or document store item (file or report) to view and download it.
You will need to assign the permissions to the document store folder or item for the user.
