If an employee has requested an absence with editable times enabled, they will need to ensure that the times requested are in line with their current working pattern.

To check this, follow these steps.
In the Absence zone, click Absence, then click Absence History.
Select the employee who is experiencing the issue.
Locate and click the absence record that is showing incorrectly on the calendar.
Make sure that the Start Time and End Time of the absence match the working pattern of the employee.
π€ Tip: For example, if the absence is displayed as Monday 08:00 - 14:00, and the affected employee works Monday 09:00 - 15:00, then this will need to be amended.
On the right-hand side of the page, click Edit. A new listing will be shown.
Select the Absence Type relevant to the employee.
On the right-hand side of the page, click Continue. This will now display a form with the absence dates.
On the right-hand side of the page, click Save & Continue. This will display another form with absence times.
Click Start Time and manually enter the correct start time of the working pattern.
Click End Time and manually enter the correct end time of the working pattern.
On the right-hand side of the page, click Continue. A pop up box will now be displayed confirming the changes have been made.
Click OK.
Under Absence, click Absence, then click Individual Calendars.
Locate the absence that was showing incorrectly as a half-day absence. This should now correctly display as a full day absence.
