Error when entering sickness: Execution Timeout Expired

The most common cause for this error to come up is that the employee has a number of overlapping absences in their absence history.

To overcome this, ensure that you correct all overlapping absences, as this is a known cause for speed issues in the absence area.

Alternatively, Access can perform this data correction for you. Be aware that the consultancy team are a chargeable resource and there may be a cost associated with this.
