SelectHR Evo updates will be applied via our automation process, with test systems being carried out on 8 June and Live updates applied 15 June. You will be contacted with the schedule, which you will also be able to view in the admin zone of your system.

Select HR Mobile enhancements
We have added more functionality to our mobile offering for your self-service users, giving them the freedom to carry out more actions on the go via their mobile devices.
Edit Address functionality to the SelectHR Evo App, allowing users the ability to update their address on the go.
Update address in SelectHR Evo App
Functionality has been added to Select HR, allowing administrators to control this functionality.
Navigate to Configuration and HR configuration, you will see a new tab, Mobile Features.
You will be able to select if the feature is available to employees on the mobile app. When the option is not selected, employees will not be able to edit/update or amend their address in the mobile app. This is set to off by default administrator will need to enable the functionality if required.
Once selected, employees will be able to updat,e amend, and edit their address in the mobile app.
Self-service, employees will be able to navigate to their address in the mobile app.
Here, users will be presented with a 3 dot menu in the bottom right of the screen
When selecting this menu they will be able to add a new address or edit an existing address
When selecting add a new address the screen will open with all the address lines available and no data present, address line 1 and effective date are required fields
Once they are ready to save they select the send icon on the bottom right screen,
Choosing the back button on the top right will cancel the update and return to the current address field
When selecting the edit address option, users will be presented with their current address fields and will be able to edit the fields.

Postcode validation is in place and the user will be unable to save if the postcode is not in a valid format.
Notifications on Address changes
Once an employee has successfuly submitted an address change a new workflow will trigger that send out email notifications via the standard functionality in the web interface for self-service address changes.
Successful address submission will trigger the workflow Self Service - Edit Address Notifications.
Administrators will be able to configure this feature and determine who the notifications should go to. The HR group will be used by default
