SelectHR provides a range of standard reports to help monitor and understand equality and diversity across the organisation. These reports give insight into employee demographics and trends.
To locate reports on equality and diversity, follow the steps below.
Click Admin, click Reports, then Reports.
Click Equality.
You will then be able to click into the following folders to view reports;
Age and LOS
Ethnic Origin
Gender
Nationality
Religion
Sexual Orientation
