Enter equality information

Record equality information for an employee.

To record equality information for an employee, follow the steps below.

  1. Under Employees, click Employees, then Details.

  2. Click the Equality tab.

You will then be able to enter the following information for each employee.

Nationality details

  • Nationality

  • Ethnic Origin

  • Right to Work Nationality

  • Sponsored (checkbox)

Equality details

  • Sexual Orientation

  • Religion

  • Special Requirements

  • Disabled (Yes/No dropdown)

  • Disability

  • Do you live in a gender different to the one given at birth?

  • Age Band

Working Time Directive

  • Opt Out Date (calendar selector)
